This service begins around three months before the wedding. I step in to review what’s in place, identify what’s outstanding, and put a clear plan around the final stages. We work remotely and efficiently, with regular check-ins, before being on site for the day itself.

On-the-day

You’ve done the planning - now you get to hand it over for a stress and responsibility free wedding.

Around four weeks before the wedding, I take over communication with suppliers and finalise the running order. On the day, I’m there to manage timings, oversee setup and deal with anything unexpected, without it ever reaching you.
